Ensalada Bajio with sweet rice , black beans , lime chicken , corn & sweet onions , red mild sauce (instead of pico ), cheese , sour cream , guacamole , chips , ranch dressing . Better than Cafe Rio to the max!
This place is stunningly slow. I'm here at noon and expect a line , but there were only 8 people ahead of me and it took 25 minutes. They were also out of beef ! A pretty frustrating experience.
Love this place - definitely better than cafe rio . Only complaint is the tortillas . They're stiff and papery.
Great food, not very good service . This place used to be the bomb, now it's the only location left and it seems like they just don't care about their image or reputation.

Make sure they add cheese (and cook) your enchilada . They nearly forgot on mine.
It's gone downhill since the last time we were here. New owner. Skip it, go to Costa Vida or Cafe Rio .
