Its a huge piece of land,and has two play areas on both sides of Glenwood Ave. To the people who say it isnt safe, who would walk in ANY park at night alone? Essex Cty Sherriffs patrol it a lot.
Finally a park for people who just want to watsess in peace without everyone's dumb judgment!
Be sure to time your morning run around sunrise.
During the day you'll see people playing basketball or jogging around the track .

nice park but be careful at dusk/dark - especially closer to the courts and the NJT train/GSP overpass - sketchy !!
