Near Brookdale Park? I recommend to go to Holstein's to get probably the best homemade ice cream . So many flavors and toppings to choose from; and who can forget their homemade chocolates and candies !

I go here to unplug when I'm in New Jersey !

A fantastic place to run - the outer loop is challenging. The track is in nice shape. Always lots of people to see and fresh air to take in. One of my favorite spaces in NJ.

Great locale for rollerblading , biking , running, walking, and just about anything else including baseball , soccer , frisbee , et al. I enjoy exercising here for the friendly crowd and pleasant scenery.

Beautiful, spacious park - perfect for bringing some blankets, chairs, and tables to set up for a picnic .

Great park but I’m always disappointed that they do not have enough park benches to just sit and enjoy the scenery.

Really nice walking/jogging trail with exercise stations.

This Park used to be a full circle without the now shut off exits. It was actually a huge hangout where late teens and early twenty somethings

The outside running loop is 1 and a half miles and takes you around the entire park !

Park road is horribly planned! You can't go all the way around the loop without leaving the park and u-turns aren't allowed. So dumb.

Love running here, but especially love watching the people do archery .

One of the coolest parks in NJ , and the best (along with the Verona park ) in Essex.

great for riding bike laps in the winter - the loop is lit by streetlights. just be very careful around the turns and go in the right direction!

make sure your dog is up to date with flea medications. my dog picked up fleas in the small dog park
