Changing rooms/equipment/studio floor always very dirty , as though never been cleaned - despite complaining to management several times. I’ve been a member for 1 year and have never seen a cleaner.
Great for cardio , not so great if you mainly use weights as there are only a small number and you may have to wait to use them
Good gym at reasonable prices. Nice new facilities. Not ideal if you like lifting heavy weights .

Best time of day to go to the gym is 6am.Avoid the after 8pm crowding.
