Nice clean gym ! The staff are really friendly and helpful. Good equipment. If you prefer quite gym don't after 6pm on weekdays as its always full or before lunch on weekends as its always packed!
Can get packed during the afternoon so make sure to time your workout wisely!
Small pool and gym - relaxed atmosphere
Rubbish for lane swimming - pool is sallow and ends up getting very choppy- small lanes too
Please wipe the machines when you are done. Nothing worse than sitting in someone else's sweat!
