It is a very family friendly paved trail , a little over one mile. Separate lanes for bikes and pedestrians. Restrooms at each end of the trails as well as small parking lots .

The Ritz-Carlton

Converted from a former segment of Highway 1, this trail gives hikers a fun way to explore the area with observation scopes and cliff side overlooks.

Gregory Trevor Rice

Add a little distance and venture off-pavement at the Pedro Point Headlands. Connection at the north parking lot entrance.

San Pedro Beach to Devil's Slide & back (or park two cars). World's most scenic Taco Bell waiting on your return https://www.alltrails.com/explore/trail/us/california/san-pedro-beach-to-devil-s-slide

Gorgeous views from the top of the hill by the canon bunker, or whatever that crazy-looking structure is.

Awesome place for a quick walk on what used to be part of Highway 1. Beautiful views for not much effort.

Jon Terry

So nice that they turned it into a trail and wildlife preserve after building the tunnels . Such a peaceful place .

Cody Tolmasoff

Park at the southern end if possible so you do the uphill section first, and downhill on the way back to the car.

Nice trail to walk, free parking and restrooms . Be ready for climb ;)

Stephanie Robinson

On a bike ? Use the Old San Pedro Mountain Rd., Longer and more difficult but it's safe and a beautiful ride. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pedro_Mountain_Road

There is more parking at the southern entrance than the northern one
