Love this branch it's beside the hair salon I do my hair at when in London, great place to pass time while waiting for an appointment and super friendly staff
The strawberry and cream is amazing but with no whip cream
Generally very busy in the morning. Would suggest ordering ahead on the app! That being said they are fairly quick!
Ideal for breakfast . Nice stuff.
Very nice branch, busy with business men & women! People here are mostly employees & executives. Away from tourists & noise!
Try a Cheese and Marmite panini they can't be beaten!

Alwful store. Very bad service, stupid and bad humorous from the attendees
Always full of people & noise!
Lady told us to hurry up and drink the coffee because it's closing. That's not how it works - I'll leave when I'm finished! #fail
What the horrible toilets ?? =/
Ottimo coffee shop della catena. Personale sempre amichevole .
A little heaven with fountain, peace&quiet next to the busy streets. - Ágnes Somogyi
Best department store with almost everything under one roof. GREAT Selection of brands with some products exclusive to the store. Staff r friendly & helpful. Tax refund new section is great! - Shamsa Abdulrahman
A wonderful place to sit and relax in the heart of the city. Can get very busy when the sun is shining! - Chris Phillips
Visit to the state rooms was well worth the entrance fee. Quite crowded but that's to be expected for such an amazing and historic site. Audio guide is free and pretty good. - Matt Ta-Min
