Amazing hotel . Great views both from the lobby as well as the JZ Bar on the top floor and the roof top terrace . The infinity pool is neat. Location for public transit is also good bc of metro line 10.

very lovely staff and nice rooms, however, room temperature can only be adjusted +/-couple of degrees 😕. breakfast and Chinese restaurant not great, especially if your vegetarian .

The pool is on the top floor ...and is an infinity pool ..:and the infinity sides are made of clear acrylic, so you can see the city from underwater. Bring your goggles!

Out of the door, to the left go through the small alley & you will come out at the end of a shopping square. Touristy . There is a Starbucks for a chicken salad , if ur like me & health conscious!

Great view from 15th floor and +. Had an view over old town but I was also able to see Pudong island . Magnificent view at night.

Rooms ending with 20 on each floor has the best view and room style. If you got or can upgrade to the club studio then ask for it. Room 19 and 18 also have a great view but room style is different

Breakfast buffet choices were good. They even have dark chocolate fountain for donuts and pastries . You have to be early to get good window seats though.

Free wifi if you have Marriott Rewards (so sign up if you don't!). Great location - next to line 10 metro and Yu garden ; easy for taxis to locate.

Great hotel , however people smoke in the bar and restaurant while we were eating and the staff did not tell them to put it out. Also they were sold out of several items on the menu many days in a row.

Great location and food options. Rooms ending in 18, 19 or 20 have great views . Club label upgrade is RMB400 and worth it.

Well , clean and nice but obviously not a good time to come here on a national holiday. Most food was gone at breakfast when we came and we could hear people slamming doors and talking in the morning.

Clean and nice hotel but ask for a view while checking in or you end up with this view . RM 1105.

Their breakfast is not very good on national holiday days. It's ok but selection doesn't look 5 star. Service is good though. Waitresses are trying hard. Room 1102 has a smell & makes me cough.

Superb hotel

30 min and counting to get 2 bottled beers in the JZ lounge bar . NOT impressive. Seven people behind the bar is not a sign of efficiency.

Location is good but the staff is not that good

The main entrance of the hotel is too small, taxi drivers would rather not drive in as it is a challenge to do an U-turn out.

Buen hotel , buen bufete en el desayuno , habitaciones amplias y con opción a fumadores , muy cerca del metro .

地理位置相當好，離地鐵站只需要過個小馬路3分鐘就到。著名景點豫園走路即可達，離南京東路、外灘、新天地都很近，到田子坊打車也只需約15分。房間挺舒適，床軟硬度適中，我們住20樓還可看到東方明珠塔。服務不錯也挺專業
