The brunch is amazing! A wide variety of cuisines, and free flow champagne ! the staff are very nice and helpful. Very centrally located!

Beautiful and organized . Rooms are a little small but it's acceptable for a hotel in the centre. Few metres from Bund and many restaurants and clubs nearby.

Truly a classy and thoroughly modern Shanghai experience. Breakfast has more options than you can imagine. Luxurious rooms , and friendly staff .

If you are having a huge meeting in one of their ballrooms , their internet will crap out on your group. If it's an all day meeting get your China Unicom wireless internet ready else ...

Great experience! A lot of the staff slams English. Breakfast is nice. Happy hour is very reasonable.

The baked Brie sandwich with bacon on walnut bread from the little cafe in the lobby is fantastic. Make sure they keep it in the panni press long enough so the cheese melts.

For a quick snack at a reasonable price get the club sandwich at the lobby bar . It can't be beat.

Very spacious room .. Sleep made heavenly by THE heavenly bed! Always enjoyed my stay here!

You must experience the Sunday Brunch at least once whilst in Shanghai.

Service is not as good as other Westin properties around the world. A lot of the staff does not speak english

Luxury design, no corners cut, attentive & multilingual staff , executive vibe.

Rooms are getting pretty dated. Nice hotel , but not a lot nearby and a bit of a trek to the subway.

What's good:Concierge service????, housekeeping????????, proximity to the Bund????????????. What's bad:Check-ins/outs????????????????, room decor????????????, price????????, immediate neighborhood (nothing much to see/do)????.

Very few taxis stop by here; pain in the butt to get a ride out from this hotel .

If you get tired of the Chinese food , the spaghetti on the room service menu is good

숙박은 황푸강 뷰를 볼수있는 스위트룸 이상의 객실만 추천함. 하지만, 황푸강 까지 10-15분 정도 걸어가면 볼수있는 곳에 위치해 있어 큰 장점이라 할수 있음. 신천지, 예원, 상해임시정부 등이 택시로 17-18원 정도면 이동할수 있는 위치에 있음. 지하철 10호선역이 15분 정도 걸어가면 있음.

La sopa de noodles de carne es buenísima para acompañarla con pato agridulce uffff! Y de postre el helado de banana delicioso!
