I love this hotel . Obviously since it is 5 star hotel , it is not for all budgets but the rooms are wonderful, the hospitality and courtesy are impeccable and the best thing is the breakfast buffet !

As Spring coming, it is a wonderful season to enjoy the beautiful blossom in Jing’an Park , cherry , peach , and pear followers.

Having been a guest at this hotel in the past, you are in good hands. I would never stay anywhere else but here in Shanghai!

A Ritz-Property to keep clear of. It's not an exclusive feeling hotel but a massive institute and with a very bad vibe. Never ever staying at this Ritz again.

Lobby bathrooms are tiny

Should opt for an upsell to the Club Rooms with lounge access.

The toilet is very small and crowded here...a bit old for a 5 stars hotel but definitely comfortable and clean

If you need to get around Shanghai, ask for Chief Concierge "Jason Zhan"..

일단 호텔은 좋은 호텔 ~ wifi 는 한국이 최고인거~

一樓廁所改了以後還可以，就是空間小了一點，建議去恆隆地下室上，寬敞又乾淨。

一到酒店就不安心了 上海有没有线下的

风格好棒啊。附近也是什么都有，棒！
