Good atmosphere. Service varies, but always a lot of people ready to (try) to help you! Speedy wifi . Good lounge , nice to sit outside during the summer.

Ultra modern and stylish urban retreat. Food and meeting facilities are wonderful, convenient to Jing'an metro and Nanjing Shi Lu. Very handsome staff .

Although the rooms are a bit 'cold', I dare say this is still the most beautifully designed hotel in Shanghai . Actually Twelve at Hengshan is a close fight though.
