Among the smaller Starbucks in the city - not really the best place to come and hang out or do work. We usually grab a coffee to go before heading across the street to catch a movie .
Like every Starbucks, there are some great servers and some that can be a bit...grumpy. Benches are pretty uncomfortable and not many chairs so it can fill up quickly.
Minimal seating-- don't plan to go with a friend- there is only one seat per table and no additional chairs. Probably to save room
Love this location. There is always an empty seat and plenty of plugs. Staff always friendly and courteous.
Week Am shift has incomparable customer service. If you have any issues, direct all query to the Mayor... Me! ;-)
Great Service. Never a seat during lunchtime though. People are camping out studying or something.
Love coming here on the weekday mornings and seeing the great team that works here!
Had a smores Frappechino...was 6 bucks, but quite delicious!
You have to laugh when you're reading all of the bad comments made about this place and you see them happening as you're reading.
After reading all these tips I feel as if none of these customers have been there on my shifts. I'm sure I can change their perspective once I've delivered to them.
I don't care about customer service, it is the coffee that always great.
Staff is slow and in their own world, making jokes with each other instead of trying to turn over customers. Took me 20 minutes for a grande iced coffee last time I was there. Coffee bean is better
love this starbucks. they're so friendly . such great attitudes. just wish they had more tables
Lots of plugs. Great place to study late
First time here, love the bench by the window!!!
May possibly be the least organized and most frustrating Starbucks in the city . Don't expect your order to be anything you actually asked for.
Gave me a venti for the price of a grande, because I'm cute ;)
Great spot to work
It is not good. The workers seem like they could use a few cups of coffee . The guy in front of me paid with a $50 for a $15 order and the cashier said she didn't have change. Unreal!
Not the best place to study/sit down for a good read. Especially if you have claustrophobic tendencies.
Omg!! I die for their Java Chip Frapp 's!!
Mini frapp
Not tip top Starbucks coffee taste, but the service is pretty good. They were all very polite to the elderly.
Great place for the slowest wifi ever!
We love Manny !
Manny rocks!!!!
love that blueberry coffee cake and smooth jazz
This starbucks seems to run out of skim milk every time i visit on the weekends. Boo.
Muddy fresh brew. OK later Something's wrong, has been forever. They don't fix it.
Remodeled recently - less cramped but probably same or slightly fewer places to sit...
The wait in this place is more like a suburban Pa venue -- not worthy of busy New Yorkers
Look for the Great Dane out the window!
Yea I won't be back here. Just super rude for no reason. I get I used to work for Starbucks but you give attitude you get attitude...
Peanut Butter cupcakes .....'nuff said
buy one, get one. holiday drinks 2pm - 5. this fri/sat/sun
had no idea there were outlets on the bottom of the benches
They actually ran out of coffee here... Not kidding.
Very slow service here for Starbucks
This is the worst Starbucks in the city , they are always out of stuff, are rude, constantly screwing up or forgetting orders and really slow
Probably the worst Starbucks in town . Ever.
They no longer are allowed to give out hot water here
Terrible service. Rude, lazy, slow, you name it. They also run out of things quickly! Don't waste your time here
Slow service!
Worst Starbucks in the entire city . I hate coming here.
Ignorant rude and unfriendly
Worst service in all of nyc.. rude workers.. gives starbucks a bad rap
Horrible service. They refuse to serve you pastries 30minutes before closing time.
out of peppermint ? wtf?! you can't tell me that after I've paid
ㅇㅎㅌㄴㅎㅅㅇㅌㅇ!
Great cold brew. Croissants are from Balthazar and donuts from Dough. Don't overlook those granola bars either-- they're really delicious. - Alex Hennessey
Stadium seating, friendly staff and away from the tourists. One of my fav theaters in the city! - Norman Ellis
We can't say it enough - we love Fairway! A welcome addition to the Murray Hill area. The fish at this store is incredibly fresh and cheap, and the grilled chicken from the deli area is a must-buy. - The Corcoran Group
