Best meal, service, and drinks in New Orleans. The staff was exceptional- so friendly , genuine, and accommodating. Ayana and Tiffany are the best!! Amazing food & try the summer thyme blues cocktail !
Cool bar with a great ghost story. They have a lot of events which can prevent you from the upstairs bar , which is the neatest part of the restaurant . Shrimp and goat cheese crapes , awesome.
Welcoming old world feel w/ two pleasant dining rooms, a courtyard and a balcony for drinks. Goat cheese & crawfish crêpes were delicious, as were all the catfish dishes.
Nice food & service in elegant dining rooms, with a wraparound balcony overlooking picturesque Jackson Square. But don't miss the "Seance Room " upstairs, worth a visit in itself. (Note: It's haunted.)
OMGoodness! An authentic New Orleans experience. Go for the Prix Fixe menu . Three courses of Contemporary Creole deliciousness!
We came for the drinks and they were very good! The building is amazingly beautiful too. Check out the balcony where you can see Jackson Square. Also, find the Red Room. Rumors of adult films ...
Beautiful balcony overlooking Jackson square, perfect for an afternoon drink. The upstairs seance lounges are incredible 😍 I hope to be back for an intimate dinner ASAP
Thoroughly enjoyed the prix fixe menu for our anniversary dinner . Everything my husband and I ate was amazing. Probably the best pork chop I've ever eaten. Nice classy atmosphere . Would def go back!
The balcony setting is beautiful and the atmosphere can’t be beat. Food and service were great. It was packed but we didn’t have to wait at all. Conveniently located at Jackson square.
Touristy , but you can't deny a drink on the upstairs balcony or in the seance room isn't fun. Seafood crepes and Albariño were a surprisingly good pairing. Say hi to Antoine. good luck getting a cab.
The kitchen and FOH are all top notch. The prix fixe menu is great, but don't ignore the a la carte items. I got the duck - it was prepared just right. Classic NO restaurant .
Loved the duck dish , great service okay on the ambience. My friends had other items on the menu and we were all happy with our choices 🙌🏾
The turtle soup , the drum fish , the bread pudding and even the honey they serve with the hot tea !
Outstanding service , delicious food - especially the shrimp and grits . Jason and Joey took great care of our group!
Beautiful restaurant with excellent specialty cocktails . Grab a drink at the downstairs bar and enjoy it on the upstairs balcony overlooking the square. Incredible around sunset !
Super cute inside and the food was incredible! Shrimp Creole was so good! Service was equally as good!
Everything is amazing, I particularly remember goat cheese pastry puff rolls. I also went because I heard it was haunted, which was intriguing, the decor is great!
They have a decent variety for their fixed price dinners . Definitely order the goat cheese crepes ! For cocktails try the Fleur de Los - excellent taste and goes down way too easy!
Superb service. The panko-crusted salmon was delicious. Best shrimp and grits I've ever had. Creme brulee was good. Skip the cocktails though.
Fancy place to brunch or lunch ! Nice view of the square! If it's not too hot they have an upstairs balcony you can sip a cocktail .
Jazz brunch after Mass at the neighboring Cathedral with a quick tour of the seance room upstairs.
Leave while you still can.Bread was delicious (but its bread ).Martini and Bloody Mary were ok.Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict where terrible.Staff was very friendly and attentive.Beautiful old building .
Smiling service. Dress code : excellent idea. Typical cajun food . Sweet potatoes soup and bayoubaisse are very tasty. Winelist with much diversity.
Seafood bouillabaisse goat cheese and shrimp crepes with bread pudding - all must try. Great modern twists on southern favorites and not too heavy
Pretty much everything we tried was good, even the dessert (flourless chocolate cake !). Definitely going back when we're in New Orleans again.
The pumpkin soup was really good. I have the double cut pork chop as an entree and it was amazing!
I loved the pork chop , LOVED the gumbo , and nearly hit someone else's momma because the bread pudding was so good. Seriously, in one visit to NOLA, I ate here twice, eating the exact same thing!
The gulf shrimp pasta (shrimp , rotini, shallot , creminis and fresh spinach in a Parmesan cream sauce ) will change your life.
Make sure to ask for the gluten-free menu (also one available for brunch ). The Duck & Chaurice Hash is highly recommended!
Great New Orleans restaurant . Crab cake and oysters were terrific. Seafood gumbo is one of my favorites in the city !
Red fish melts in your mouth. Sweet potatoes and asparagus amazing. Service is the best in new Orleans. Very friendly extremely efficient. Flourless cake is beyond reproach
Excellent food from the local cuisine . Try the goat cheese crepes , they're the best!
His was excellent. Great food, professional staff in a beautiful restaurant .
The bread pudding is fantastic! Make sure to check out the ghost before you leave. Seafood is excellent. People dress from casual to fancy .
The goat cheese and crawfish crepes were too die for. The food is not overpriced and very tasty. It is a must hit place for great food! I am not easily impressed.
Bloody Mary's were tasty! Shrimp po boy was ok, pork chop was wonderful and the beef tenderloin burger was wonderful!!
Gorgeous building with so much history. Had an awesome time for jazz brunch !
The New Zealand Savion Blanc is good. Gumbo is Seafood based, much different than a gumbo with Andouille Sausage .
Grab a cocktail at the bar & make your way upstairs! Check out the rooms and enjoy your cocktail on the veranda .
Be curious and humble with staff . Staff is very attentive and amicable. Choice of cocktail and snails were mistake - they did not put it on the bill! Finish your dinner at balcony
Have a drink in the Seance room . Word has it there have been several adult films have been made there. If only those red walls could talk! You will not have the pleasure of making your own, sadly. Read more
amazing thanksgiving brunch ! super cool seance rooms upstairs as there is a ghost living here
Gorgonzola cheesecake and the crepes 🔥🔥🔥
Amazing red fish in creole sauce for brunch
Delicious meal, but the waiters take their time here
Crepes and bread pudding a must. Amazing food overall
best shrimp and grits .. My pork chop was outstanding as well .
Gnocchi , sazerac , and bread pudding in that order. Thoroughly enjoyed it
Shirimp and goat cheese crepe wa good. Also, classic new orleans brunch was fantastic!
Wonderful dining experience!!! Very creole like food! Loved it!!
Never disappointed. Great food, drink, and service. Don't leave without the Creme Brulee. - R.J.
Try the Begniet and Cafe Au Lait - Crispy and fluffy and sweet! Coffee was super strong though! :p - Holly Norris
Try the Redfish Cake - A twist on the crab cake, you will want to sop up the sauce of this #seafood appetizer - David Berkowitz
Great atmosphere and drinks. Food was great, blackened drum(fish), red beans and rice. Would recommend to everyone to give it a try. - Robert Cottrell
