Flawless service, they really welcome & are great with kids. Club king rooms are excellent, breakfast , afternoon tea & cocktail hours make it really worthwhile. Breads , cakes & pastries are delicious.
Luxurious and classy hotel with great service. Fitness centre is open 24hrs . Heated outdoor pool only open till 9pm, but it looks lovely.
The location is not so great and happening as other five-star hotels in the city , but you can't deny it of its beauty and grandeur and bold use of colour with hints of Art Deco and attention to detail
The service can't be better and all the little touches make this one of the best hotels you could even imagine. Super kid friendly too with lots of little treats for them
Architecture and design is a bit strange, feels a bit like getting lost in an old castle . Service is perfect, amazing breakfast in the club lounge . Not trendy but if you like to spoil yourself go!

Afternoon tea set menu is a great deal, highly recommended. Even if you are normally a coffee drinker, you might want to ask the staff to recommend you a tea. Tea scones just go so good together. - Erling W.
