Avoid like the plague at quarter of 10, noon, 2 or 4. Emerson classes switch then and you WILL wait 20 minutes for your short extra hot one pump sugar free vanilla spice soy latte .

The line is out the door every two hours--at 7:45, 9:45, and 11:45... Because it's right on Emerson 's campus and all the students want to grab it before class .

My fav Starbucks ever. Great staff , good location. I liked the place so much I got a job at my local Starbucks on 1a in Eastie. Keep up the good work.

One of the busiest locations in the city and the slowest. They always have like two or three people working. Even if you place a mobile order, you're probably waiting 15 minutes.

If you're a regular in me, start using/registering a gift card to become a Gold Card member. Free soy milk/syrups and a free drink every 15!

Try the Hazelnut Frappuccino - Let's see how many times this summer I get these. Probably till I get sick of them but I just love that toffee nut syrup ! <3

Get peppermint pumps in your dark roast coffee to make it taste fresh and minty

The place's seating is different and pleasant

It’s a slow Starbucks. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes there’s only one person making drinks and 3 people taking orders.

Slowest service. You can wait up to 10 minutes for a drink when they're crowded .

They suck. I ordered a Reg. Coffee frappe and got a Caramel frappe . 2nd time- Caramel macchiato w/soy.. C.M., but no soy. SB-Boylston, you fail x2!
