Hotel has undergone a full renovation. Well done. Beds are much more comfortable . Flat panel TVs throughout. Overall, a very good hotel meeting the standards you'd expect at a Marriott Residence Inn .

Great location, very convenient to sights. If you get there and Andre is your concierge then please listen to him. He is fantastic and very knowledgeable . Good breakfast , with a waffle maker.

Pet friendly yes, housekeeping cleaning a pet room tidy, pain in the butt. Front desk staff lazy about alerting housekeeping when pet is out of room. Housekeeping will only clean when your pet is out.

The location is pretty good since it’s just a minute or so walk to the Federal Center SW metro station . Hotel has s pretty good sized gym and laundry area. I come to D.C. often - this is my fave.

After the reviews of an awesome breakfast , I was disappointed in the offerings over a week. I'm more accustomed to other Residence Inn properties that offer bacon and an omlet bar with chef .

Good value . Terrific front desk staff . Rooms spacious . Beds soft and marginal. Best rooms on high floors facing E Street -- unless you are soothed by the sounds railroad trains passing at all hours.

Connie Haro

Great hotel . Nice guest service agents. There is a train that runs nearby, but it was hardly noticeable. Not much around for food, but get delivery .

The staff is great, but those over the stove vents? Not connected to anything. Currently in the lobby instead of my bed because I assume someone set off their smoke alarm.

Nice rooms, great location on House side of Capitol

The beds are stiff and the air conditioning was ineffective, but the continental breakfast was very complete. Heads up, parking in their garage is $30, though you can leave it there after you check ou
