This property has a great atmosphere and the customer service is over the top! I can say that if you want true relaxation that this property is a place to take that real relaxing vacation like I do!

Best time to visit is during the winter. Lose yourself with your significant other in the garden area littered with furnished cozy spots of covered sofas & love seats around fire pits and gas torches.

$35 a day for valet and $25 a day for a resort fee is insane and their restaurants have insane hours and are closed most days and add $100 per night to your stay in the most fees and tips required.

Great resort for business and family. The best time for families to visit Scottsdale is July. The area is perfect for golf and hiking .

Beautiful resorts and the staff is excellent. Beware of the noise in your room from the nightly entertainment you can here it until 10 pm. The wifi is awful too.

Loved the prickly pear margarita at check in... bathrooms are great... beds are ok but the property is amazing. Gondola rides . Multiple pools and slides

Go hear for a romantic Gandola ride through the hotel golf course and lake . After snuggling up with your date sit out on the back deck and listen to the live band and enjoy some dessert or drinks.

The food is good at the bar . A little small but quality. If you dont mind paying a premium, this is the place for you.

Beds are terrible - lumpy, air conditioning does not cool rooms and garden terrance rooms are noisy otherwise location is beautiful and conference food very good. Excellent guacamole !

The pool is amazing here! It has a beach and an amazingly fast waterslide!

I was here for a conference and was able to get free wifi - so try that first.

I agree that the wi-fi coverage isn't up to par with what I would expect from a resort of this caliber. However, the staff is incredibly helpful and cordial. The gym is 24 hours .

The Club Suites at the top of the stairs are over the bar and very noisy . 35xx rooms.

Internet speed is terrible!!! Front desk very accommodating. Room service is fast and food is above average for room service . Get a room away from the elevators .

WiFi is horrible, but on the up side they will give you a free margarita at check in so you won't care had bad the WiFi is.
