Christmas at the Princess is an awesome event to take the kids for the Christmas holiday time. Fun train ride, sights and more. We plan on going each year.

Wonderful resort for conferences , workshops or presentations. Close to a famous TPC golf course and includes a Michael Mina restaurant and incredible Mexican food at Hacienda .

$600 a night, conferences etc...and they still make you pay as much as $30 to park ....even if attending a meeting. Theives dont even take credit cards ....cash only ! Talk about nickel and ime to death!

Treated like royalty! My sons birthday and when we got to the room there were chocolate covered strawberries for him. No wristbands at pool and no bag searching like we are criminals. Unlike Marriott

Outdoor skating rink in December and whimsical led sculptures and trees lit up everywhere. A kids fantasy land. Service impeccable. Tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash..too tiny!

The kids are loving all the wildlife . Ask for bread to feed the ducks . Fun for all, especially the ducks .

Beautiful resort 😍 and the service was great.

Nice resort but they do try and nickel and dime you quite a bit for a $300+ a night place. The rooms are awkward, the fridge is stuffed with severely overpriced drinks, and the tv was unwatchable.

Hacienda has an outstanding Tequilla collection but NO Amate Anejo... surprising. Won best lowland Anejo in 2012

Kids love the fishing pond and the water slides . You'll love the Desert Purification treatment, a cornmeal , clay and oat body mask at the Willow Stream Spa .

Lovely resort , very friendly service , but rather in the middle of nowhere; fine if you don't plan to do much

Don't let them put you in a room by the south pool if you plan to go to sleep before midnight. They play loud music and party well into the night.

If you're at the South Pool don't be surprised if you see a half dozen bunnies hopping around under your chair. :)

Burbon steak i had dinner since saturday and got sick. Phone in the hotel does not work. Leak in the shower . phone andblesk reported, nothing happened.
