Take the elevator to the 28th floor and use the stairs (not the first set of stairs you see, there is a second past it) and go down for roof access, the view is incredible.
This place is excellent! My room and the property including the fitness room are clean . Employees are eager to assist. Food is very good and there is variety. Great place, a must stay!
Front desk staff is amazing. Caleb and Monica take good care of us every week. Juan the bellman is legit.
When checking out be sure and ask for your car ahead of time. I thought the service was terrific and the valet staff very nice. Rooms were very mod and cool!
You can enjoy yoga in the privacy of your guest room! Just turn on the TV to try YogaAway. We’ll even provide a yoga mat if you didn’t pack yours; just contact our Guest Services team to get started.
We stay here one to two weekends per month. This is my favorite hotel . Kristin, at the front desk, is exceptionally friendly as is all the staff . Except some valet .
Very comfortable , and the rooms are quiet . I appreciated the ability to control my room's temperature
Caleb and Monica at the front desk are amazing. This place is like a second home to all of us who travel to Dallas every week.
Our new ‘For Kids By Kids’ menu breaks stereotypes about what kids want and like because this fresh, nutritious menu is 100% kid approved!
There is free wifi in the cafe by the lobby. Unfortunately the observation deck is closed during renovations. Still a very nice place. Staff is awesome!!!

Great view of the Dallas skyline from the East facing rooms. Especially at night.
You should take the elevator to the observation deck and intentionally take the staircase to the bottom. Just put it on your to-do list.
Ask the front desk for a free wifi access code: 1213tturye (July 2013)
It's a beautiful hotel . Don't forget to visit Reunion Tower.
Nice view at bar/restaurant area. Wifi code they gave me didn't work, though, which sucked since I walked there to eat and do some work.

The pool closes at 10pm EVERY night. What, are we in junior high? I'll never stay here again, though I enjoyed the hotel . Could never use the hot tub .
Feels relaxing and the staff is kind and genuine.
Just stayed here, pool is completely unimpressive and that area of the hotel doesn't seem well taken care of, but the rest of it is very nice. Book on priceline, we got our room for 75 bucks!
great hotel ..nice rooms, food and drinks...but alot of gay people in dallas next to that hotel ..crazy
Hotel is undergoing under renovations on the lower floors as of 2/2013. Front desk staff is rude and ignorant. Bar and restaurant staff are awesome. Train yard in front interstate junction in back
Train isn't too bad. Business & members (free to sign up!) get free wifi . Dataport access is free. Stellar service all over.
It smells so good. The glass coasters in the room get you a free upgrade at the coffee shop in the lobby.
Ask for the VIP package to get wi-fi, late check out and free coffee

Had a room on the 9th floor. Very nice but no dresser drawers which surprised me. Great staff and conference space. Thanks for making my first business trip a great one. - Timothy Grzeczka
Great meeting space - and bar restaurant in lobby is perfect - like much of the hotels in Dallas not much nearby but perfect for meeting I was at - near airport - James Underberg
