The arepas (get the veggie or pabellon) give Caracas a run for its money. Get a side of plantains and their dense, bready, sticky caramel-y flan , or an icy, not-to-sweet coconut shake if it's hot out.

Who knew mashed fish , arepa and spicy sauce could taste so good together. Not to forget the grilled plantains . This cuisine is slowly creeping to my top fav. Give this place a shot. Friendly staff .

The arepas here are delicious. I love the Vegetariana and the Pabellon. Their side sauces are all amazing too and the service is quick and friendly .

Both the vegetariano arepa and empanada were both amazing. One of each is enough for two people! It may not look like it, but they are so dense, pace yourself. Try the sauces on the table also!

The vegan arepa is better than the vegetarian ! Way more hearty and flavorful. It's like a hearty vegetable stew . And you can get it with cheese if you want

arepas are everything. the reina pepiada is yummy. the cocada (coconut shake ) is HEAVENLY. super chill place with great food and good service .

I’m a fan of the peril, pabellon, jamon con queso , vegetariana , and vegana picante arepas . The carite frito and pabellon criollo dishes are also great. Wash it all down with a cocada .

Can't go wrong with Empanada de Jamón y Queso & Arepa de Reina or Poblado (both are out of this world). The Maria cookie cake is worth trying too.

The pabellon arepa , empanada and dinner are all amazing. The empanadas here are specially good although I’d usually go with the arepa due to it being more filling.

Empanadas are surprisingly just as good as Arepas (for me at least)

If you're trying to avoid all the grease that naturally oozes out of the corn pocket goodness that is an arepa , get it as a plate on the side. Just as tasty and not as messy.

Vegetarian arepa rocked. The tortilla shells are the real deal. Also the Venezuelan national drink (beet , carrot , etc juice ) hit the spot.
