Growing on me. The hot cakes are very tasty. My mom said the eggs were the best she's had in a restaurant . Good coffee , and the regular drop comes with free refills.

Great coffee , tasty dishes, and a beautiful setting. The steak sandwich and the hibiscus iced tea are favorites here.

The iced lattes are presented elegantly ???? also the weekend brunch options are super good. The egg sando has been my favorite so far.

$28 bottle of Rose is a steal. Excellent burger & delicious starters. Very friendly staff . Overall a great value and clean modern setting.

Just had their Levain Toast with a fried egg and it was scrumptious. Delicious coffee . And atmosphere is most excellent.

Can't go wrong here. Brunch on weekend has a great vibe & staff super awesome.

Try the avocado , scrambled egg and AB&J toasts. The AB&J toast is almond butter and a house-made amalgamation of strawberries , lemon , and sugar.

No substitutions. The Asian chicken salad without the chicken is still $14, then you have to add on a side of eggs $4 for a non-meat protein. So $18 salad ! Otherwise good dressing .

The owner is the "only one" who can adjust the temperature? For reference, it's 58 degrees outside. Air conditioning and fans on high are totally unnecessary. ????
