Bang bang shrimp , lobster bisque , and surf 'n turf were all unbelievable! The service was great and the atmosphere was beautiful! A wonderful place to go when celebrating!

Had the Kansa City and it was delicious. Went with a party of 10 and service was good and our experience was great

PRIME STEAK HOUSE Owner VERBALLY ABUSIVE to Employees. Manipulates tips of Employees by telling them what they have to do with their tips. Could care less about the customers complaints.

Went here on a snowy night and were the only ones there besides a group in another room so we had excellent service. Pretty pricey for what you get, great cocktails though

Went here for here for anniversary with wife. Steak was burned instead of seared. Came to table at nearly room temp 30 minutes after we finished our soup . Waiter was very helpful, owner wasn't.

Questionable food, high quality people. Frankly, the place seems like a big ponzi scheme to me. Not regal.

Witnessed the owner of the place verbally assault and threaten to kick out a lone elderly woman for "complaining too much." Steaks were overcooked, fish was inedible. Waitress Kara was excellent.

Came back for a second time and it was horrible. My dinner was burned and my husband's was cold. The place was empty on Saturday night. Definitely going down-hill. Unfortunate!

Eh. For a "steakhouse", I expected more. Front of the house needs to get there shit together. Reservation at 8, didn't get seated until 930.

Terrible service. We had reservations for a private birthday event @ 9PM. We weren't served salad until 10:30pm. Awful experience.
