Clinton Square is a plaza Syracuse located in United States.
2 S Clinton Sq Syracuse , NY 13202 United States
Great ice skating , great variety of places for foodies, good for casual strolls through the city , many events occur downtown
See the beautiful buildings of "old Syracuse" that surround this historic square which is filled with festivals all summer long and ice skating in the winter.
The Erie Canal once passed right through downtown -- including Clinton Square, where it's old path is filled by the fountain/skating rink. You can see an excavation of the old canal bed in a corner.
The reflecting pool in the middle of the square symbolizes where the Erie Canal once ran. In the winter it's turned into an ice skating rink !
Awesome in the winter to ice skate , and local events are usually held here (heads up to closing roads ). Wouldn't trust the water though.
The @FordcastTour will be showing off the 2012 Focus & raffling off beer tent upgrades! Stop by the Fordcast lounge on 7/15 for your chance to win! As always, Ford encourages responsible driving!
Fantastic music all summer!
The annual tree lighting celebration in Clinton Square the day after Thanksgiving is a magical moment that kicks off the holiday season.
If you're bringing your own skates , don't bother paying. Just walk in the rental entrance and go.

Good times as always ;)
When it's hot out you should take a dip in the fountain . It is totally allowed and there is definitely not broken glass all over. None at all.
See the ice sculpture at night, lit from within.
Farmer's market on summer Tuesday's. Check it out!
Great skating rink during the winter.
Good food, shopping and services. The area is continuing to grow with new hotels and lofts. - Sara Ames
Nice place to relax.. - Todd Kilburn
Cute, small square around a fountain. Parking is in short supply most times but it's a quaint meeting/shopping area. - Tony Volturno
Love the different BBQ sauces. My favorite probably is Wango Tango but definitely try a few different ones. - Gabriel Hayes
