Got it on priceline for $50. No issues at all. Bed is comfy shower is fine. Staff is friendly . Not sure what everyone's gripes are. I'm enjoying it. Nice indoor pool and fitness room.
Remodeled rooms - quiet and quite nice. Great place for a wedding reception on the roof level. Great views and friendly staff .
This hotel was just recently remodeled and is a beautiful, luxurious hotel in the heart of Minneapolis with a reasonable nightly rate. I'd definitely go back!
Anita is amazing at the front desk!!! She upgraded us and our room to club level for free drinks and room service !!
My room was great, but always so surprised when upscale hotels don't have flat screen TV 's. I haven't watched one of these big square boxes in years. Weird!!
The beds and pillows are super soft and comfortable !!
Happy food and drinks great value and super tasty
Looking for an outlet? You shouldn't be; there are about 20 in each room. Super convenient.
Attending a meeting? Need to get a key from the front desk for the public bathroom !
They nickel and dime you for everything here. Does not meet my expectations for a 4-star place as indicated online. However, got it online at Priceline for $90 on a Friday, so can't complain too much
Colorful and quirky Martini's is a hip place to unwind with a cocktail .
Ballroom is fantastic and the lobby bar has a very cool vibe. American breakfest on the Nic's and roomservice menu is wonderful.
They must have remodeled. My room is very nice and modern.
Rooms are gorgeous at least this room is.. 6th floor
Closing for renovation Dec. through April everything will be brand new when we reopen in the spring!
Watch out for the bellman. He dropped my suitcase which contained my laptop. When I advised him of this, he responded, "I'm sure it's fine."
Old but classy ... Small rooms and need the card to walk thru all the hotel ... It turns annoying...
It's been well renovated so tips about it being old no longer apply.
Avoid. Amazingly, there are still hotels in 2012 that don't understand how important reliable wifi is. If you are in Minneapolis and need to work, stay elsewhere.
They have flat screen lcds now but no hd programming.
All new millennium!
Newly renovated!
PBR poppin in the parking garage friendly .
Rooms got updated. Decent rooms now, staff is not the greatest. I'm glad I didn't pay for this hotel or I'd be staying somewhere else.
It's the Ritz of Minnesota!
Rooms are ok, I found the customer service good.
No minibar, no in-room movies ....
cant find safe in the room
The waiting staff in the restaurant at breakfast are extremely rude.
A really great hotel. Great gym, friendly staff, clean rooms, affordable and good menu for room service. SLOOOOOW elevators. I'm a sucker for a well run Hyatt. - Seth Barker
Breakfast is pricey, but the omlettes are very worth it. Awesome beds, great atmosphere. - Jake Ritzman
Shepherd's pie was really great, with ground lamb and beef. Also nice cider and wine options for the non-beer drinkers. The outdoor patio is the way to go in summer. - Satia Stevens
Great communal atmosphere, especially for watching football. Now with brunch! Try the breakfast shepherds pie. - Teddy Eisenberg
The food is great and the atmosphere is even better! Great hangout place to grab a few drinks with the guys, then bring the family along the next day! Pictured: Spicy Tuna Wrap - City Pages
