Great atmosphere and good cocktails ! Very friendly staff and very helpful on the selection of the drinks. The decor reminds me of a 20' scene ( the hidden library entrance and wallpapered walls ).

Amazing bar in Edinburgh ! The entrance is the coolest -- a barbershop and you have to go behind a "bookcase." Coolest cocktails + knowledgeable & kind staff . It's a hidden gem !

It is so fun to enter to this bar . First you enter to a fast food place, walk down the stais where you find a small living room, where you pull a book from the book shelf to open the door.

Very cool speakeasy ! The cocktails were very interesting and I 100% recommend trying something weird like the bloody mary with Guinness mousse ! Worth their spot in the 50th best bars in the world

Absolutely loved this bar . As a solo traveller it was great to be able to sit at the bar American-style. They're so welcoming and informative. Cocktails excellent and (vs London at least) well priced.

Great atmosphere and good prices. I told the bartender what kind of flavour I wanted and made me excellent sour and refreshing whisky-based cocktail (not in the menu ). Dubai in the sky is also good.

Cute venue hidden inside a barber shop but once you enter the vibe is just completely normal. Drinks range from standard to crazy but I didn’t rly love it. Surprised it’s on the top 50 list tbh

True speakeasy style bar tucked below a faux barber shop owned by a Panda family. Really creative menu with a narrative story and original cocktails .

Sat at the bar and had great drinks and conversation with Blake. Same owners and similar concept to Hoot the Redeemer, but more of a chill and lounge vibe.

Try the birdcage if you're not sure what to order. Friendly staff and unpretentious place. They do great classic cocktails too. We also ordered a Vieux Carre and Aviation which was good

Terrible visit - ordered and charged for a NZ Sauvignon Blanc but definitely not served one, shots tasted heavily watered down, cocktails weren’t great and popcorn given out was disgustingly stale.
