Alternative when u dun want to q for Ghim Moh Carrot Cake . Not as well-fried, less aromatic. Can ask for half white, half black
Black better than white. They use the right type of black sauce that is more sweet than salty.
Since he uses the same pan for both types, the white version ends up a little sweet. Everything is in little bits instead of an omelette .
Black carrot cake is sweet and savoury
