Turf N' Surf Poboys

I got the blackened crawfish Po boy and sweet potato fries . Fresh slaw , lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on bun . Divine. It isn't cheap but worth every single cent.

Make no mistake, this is an important establishment. For $20 you get a big, fresh, excellently blackened fish fillet + giant salad . PLUS open late ! Red fish good, salmon wild. Will work through menu.

This place isn't cheap , but the surf is worth it (SEA BASS , so divine). Fun arcade games and shuffleboard in house, attached to a bar makes it cozy , too.

Great seafood and fresh ingredients (no, it's not inexpensive . Yes, it's worth it.) This was originally a food trailer that kept having to move around downtown. So happy they have a permanent home.

The po' boys different than what you'll eat in New Orleans. No shredded iceberg lettuce here-- instead, expertly fried seafood is topped with mixed salad greens and red onion .

The only place I went twice in 2 weeks in Austin. Blackened chicken tacos and the blackened catfish poboy were heavenly!

It's all good, large portions and consistent. I get the salads , always nice mixed greens, some red onion and fresh tomato . Can't go wrong with good meat and veg !

Red snapper blackened fish tacos , bacon and jalapeño wrapped shrimp po boy , sweet potato frys, and jalapeño hush puppies are fabulous!! Yummehhh!

Ahi tuna tacos are so good! Ask for the fish to be blackened to give it a spicier taste. Also get a side of jalapeño hushpuppies . Big portions .

All the guys that work there are nuts but in the best way possible. Comparing against other ATX places food wasn't cheap , but still reasonable and absolutely delicious. Shrimp po'boy!

First time eating here and I got the Oyster PoBoy ... Most delicious PoBoy I've ever had. Great food Great People, will defiantly be returning

This place has some of the best fish tacos in Austin, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. You can also opt to get the seafood in Po' Boy form, which are equally tasty.

I was initially taken back at 2 tacos for $18-20, but the tacos are huge! I went with Ribeye and it was great.

Blackened catfish tacos = best fish tacos I've ever had. This place is small but mighty and freaking delicious. Also try seared ahi tuna tacos !

Their Guac Boy is amazing, and so is their fish . I'd say they serve the best fish in Austin!!

Local favorite and I can see why. Try the Blackened Ribeye . Make sure your belly is empty.

For SXSW 2012 - the fresh wild-caught Mahi-Mahi is fantastic. I had it blackened, on tacos .

Grilled cod was pretty fantastic; would definitely come again! So good, so full!

Amazing and huge fish tacos ! Two to an order, but they'll usually sell you only one for half price if it's too much food.
