Love love love! Solid bar drinks, menu, and service. Try the infused Bloody Mary , crawfish egg rolls , and bread pudding totally worth it and really spicy ! Have never been disappointed here!

Worth every bite, and the bread pudding is the best I've had outside the state of Louisiana! It also says a lot about a restaurant whose owner is present and in the fray with everyone else!

I've tried a few things here over the years, but I always come back to the a Rattlesnake pasta . I love it! Please, never let me know how many calories are in it.

Always good quality. This place punches above its weight consistently. Ask about the specials. You can't go wrong here. Rattle snake pasta is amazing, and don't miss the bread pudding .

I thought the gambling specials like the Sunday coin flip for a free dessert was fun. Favorites are the Crawfish Étouffée , Crab Cakes , Boudin Balls , House made Sodas , and Seafood Gumbo

Great breakfasts ! Good pancakes and Eggs Benedict. Garlic cheese grits were amazing. Sides shine here. Above average gumbo , WAY above for Austin.

The red beans and rice and andouille sausage are my main go but I've enjoyed every fish dish I've had over the years.

Oyster Benedict is delicious and unique to Austin. Pairs nicely with a hurricane.

Not as diverse of a menu as Evangeline but what it lacks in choices it more than makes up for in flavor. Try the sampler appetizer , everything on it was fantastic.

I have never had anything less than absolutely delicious here. Try the seasonal Pumpkin Bread Pudding !

The waitress suggested a cup of duck gumbo for my side, and that was my favorite dish. The Trout Meunière came with what seemed like a garlic cream sauce , which wasn’t the sauce I expected.

Best brunch . cajun hash or french toast , coffee and mimosas

Happy hour drinks are great. Really good Bloody Mary and Mojitos .

Both gumbos good, shrimp po biy good, boudin balls ok - too much breading , dirty rice - boring, try some grease and seasoning, mocquecheaux also bland. Overall the good was good, the rest was bland.

The gumbo is excellent, the boudin balls not so much. Rattlesnake pasta very creamy and flavorful.

Highly recommend the eggs napoleon !

Troys favorite lunch is a great deal and suuuuper tasty, also the poboys are killer with the jalepeño tartar sauce but don't offer to share your fries , you will want every last one!
