The worst parking lot / drive thru flow. If you want use the drive thru , enter on Lorain. The drive thru backs up and blocks the Sparky ln entrance.
12/20/15:Service very poor! With people to the door only two at the order desk out of three possible.
Cold food and hair in my shake ... Never coming back to this one again!
