"The Lacy House , on the banks of the Rappahannock opposite Fredericksburg, in the spring of 1862, was surrounded with beautiful lawns, rare flowers , and all the adornments of an elegant country seat."
Amazing views from the back. Great information and really pleasant scenery to walk around. Check out the really old trees in the back.

The tour was wonderful. The docents were knowledgeable and acting as if they were in the shop's period added much to the charm. Well worth the small entry fee. - Alice Longworth
