Awesome site with a fantastic staff . Tours are worth it and the film is great. Must start here for the best experience with the rest of the tour .
This place is fabulous and looking at all the old treasures is fabulous. Had a great time!
(12 Mar 2014) The exhibits are closed down for renovation, but the movie is still showing. The ranger was very helpful, showed me some pictures that should have been on display.
One of my favorite battlefield tours because of its proximity to Old Town .
I highly recommend the tour . The tour guides here are extremely knowledgeable !
The video is narrated by James Earl Jones
Awesome tour . This sight has A LOT of history.
Amazing views from the back. Great information and really pleasant scenery to walk around. Check out the really old trees in the back. - James C
Worth the tour guide. Lots of information you cannot get just by looking around. - Robert Carbonell
Very interesting. I thought I knew quite a bit about Fredericksburg but I learned even more! - Mary Phillips
the video in the visitor center is hokey at times BUT worth the time for general background info. And don't miss relics/uniforms/soldier bios in the exhibit! - Lise Luavull
Great service, cool atmosphere, delicious strawberry brie salad - Lindsey
