Not only the food is DELICIOUS, the whole experience is a must have! 😍 Tell in advance if you are vegetarian or have any special dietary restrictions. Service is perfect! Ambience is great! ✨
By the time you'll have sold a kidney to buy your dinner ticket and the highly recommended beverage pairing, you'll have nothing left to do but enjoy the superb food and fun ambiance.
One of the more fun tasting menu experiences I’ve had. The ambiance is great with a dinner party vibe complete with cocktail hour. Also the field books they give for for food notes is great.
Obviously they have 2 Michelin stars and are great, but I have to highlight how accommodating they were to my gluten and shellfish allergies! It was stress free for me and they customized my dishes.
One of my favorite dining experiences! The most amazing and unique food, with great service and beautiful plating. Expensive but perhaps worth it. Love the field guides and pencils 🤪
What a beautiful homage to California produce! Beautiful and delicately thought food, wonderful pairing, and amazing hospitality to match your 180min experience.
Absolutely unique & delicious experience that should not be missed if you have the opportunity. Glad it’s spread across 3 hours so you can pace yourself & savor every course. Get a drink from the bar !
Great experience, tasty food and company. The chef runs a tight ship (see inside kitchen pic) and every single employee there is top notch. Highly recommended.

The CoCoBang cocktail is a sweet, spicy , and intensely smoky drink all at once, and each intriguing sip makes you want to return for more. Read more
Incredible culinary experience that deserves the Michelin stars . Who knew corn meal and black truffle work so well ? The desserts and fruits were on point!
One of the best meals I've ever had. Go for a unique experience, to make some friends and for an incredibly satisfying tasting menu . Opt for drinks a la carte rather than the pairing.
Extremely vegetarian friendly and the chefs do an amazing job matching the flavors to the main selections with each course. A phenomenal dining experience with top notch service.
Pros & Cons: brilliant food, but introverts beware - you must talk to strangers. Reserve wine pairing beats pants off std pairing for 2/3 the dishes (reg. won 1/3 the time). Very accommodating staff .
Named by Food & Wine magazine as one of the best new chefs in America, Lazy Bear's David Barzeley is a true genius in the kitchen. Catch him soon before the magazine hits the stands in July. Read more

One of the best tasting menu experiences in SF! All the courses were consistently good but the bread & butter was my highlight of the night.
Certainly a dining experience to remember. Loving presentation and plenty of creative, delicious dishes, in a friendly atmosphere .
Very good dinner with good friends. the wine is fantastic with each course. highly recommend this place.
Excellent food that's a bit expensive in comparison to what you can get at La Folie, Gary Danko, etc. – but the dinner party experience makes up for it.
Michelin star well deserved, amazing food, very contemporary presentation. I sometimes felt a bit rushed, compared to european standards.
Interaction with the chefs is welcomed. Take advantage of it, they are happy to talk and answer questions.
New Californian cuisine served up in a dinner party . Prepare to be sociable with total strangers!
Service and food are impeccable. Top 3 meals of our lives so make it happen. Also, wear red flannel and you'll get a prize
As incredible as every course is, the bread and butter might be the best thing here.
So innovative! They outdid themselves looking after my shellfish allergy.
The reserve wine pairing brings the experience to the next level.
enjoy some canapés before you get seated. Also don't be shy to walk up to the chefs and ask them questions
Wagyu . Hit the jackpot. Always a delightful orchestra of food here.
One of the most unique and exciting dining experience I’ve ever had. Come hungry and ready to converse
Expect 3+ hours for dinner . Come early to get a seat during the "cocktail " hour upstairs where you'll have your first few courses
Outstanding dining experience. Service and food was tremendous. Definitely give the concept a try.
Great food (probably one of the best in SF), but too busy and staff is overwhelmed with work. Also pretty loud .
You get a notebook ("field guide") listing all dishes with room for your notes.
Epic. A 1950’s hunting lodge motif with 20-something small courses that are face-punchingly awesome
amazing tasting menu . prepare to stay there for 3.5 hours. wine pairing was awesome.

Best food in town . Unique. Experience
Definitely a complete dining experience. Don't be shy and talk to all the chefs !
This place is unbelievable! Service and food are Michelin star worthy
For the price, the food was ok not great. The dishes were too salty and the wines were ok but we felt rushed to finish our pairings. There are better fine dining options that are more affordable .
Good food, great atmosphere but skip the beverage pairing.

Cozy New American fare with dinner party vibes.
Walk up, grab a burger , grab a cocktail ...you will be pleased.
Block off some time because it's a multi-hour tour through Chef David's epicurean creations!
Consider getting the earlier dinner seating as the experience will be around 3 hours total.
love this place! Def coming back again .
Try their brussel sprouts with black garlic and grapefruit! Their crab pasta has fabulous too! - Agatha Yu
Excellent. Some of the best food in the city. American cuisine done Dim Sum style. Walk up at 5pm with only 2 of you and you might get a seat at the bar. - Frances James
Grilled calamari appetizer is the best calamari I've ever had and a must order. - Jason Luk
Great interior design here. They have a decent bottled beer selection on the back of the menu as well - Kevin Grant
Good large playground for kids. Great park. Lots of dogs playing. Great view over the city. - Magnus Herbertsson
