Kanshoku Ramen Bar

Ramen bar & the city . Tried the Classic, Hot & Flaming Hot ones. I like the soft noodles over the medium, & always needing more broth at the end. Order gyoza & tea on the side. Super yummy.

Fully deserving of the 5-ish rating. The truffle hype is real, so is the overrated-ness.

Truffle Ramen is must try! The dry one is power, broth one has a subtle truffle taste. Good stuff!

Tonkotsu Ramen was good, but you need to add lots of extras to make it satisfying. Flavor needs more depth and extra would give variety. I’ve had better

Tried their truffle ramen ,didn't know was dry ramen .. was very truffly but also bland and wasn't satisfying. The chashu was not bad but otherwise just bland and boring.

Dry truffle ramen is my personal fav, along with extra chashu 😋

Nagoya chicken wings aren't good. $6.90 for 4 mid wings in a sweet-salty sauce that's too heavy

signature tonkatsu soup 's average.. noodle 's alright.. char siu 's not bad though..

Signature ramen not bad at all. But ice green tea is expensive for such a small glass

Bad service. Guy recommends me noodle and forgets my order twice? First time got served the wrong dish. Even tried to upsell me with egg ?! Where in the world do you piss the customer off and upsell?!

Slightly bland soup and not as springy noodles but you won't get sian eating it halfway thru

Had the spicy ramen . Felt that broth is too salty. Nothing special otherwise.

Soup is lacking in flavour but still passable.
