Great hotel , feels more like 5 star than 4, staff are always smiling and attentive, in-room dining was brilliant (best nazi gurang I've ever had) pool is small though and beach is very dirty .

Good value for money . Rooms are big and clean , the same goes for bathrooms . Beach is small but quiet , nice gesture with cold water and cold refreshing towels.

It's a pleasant hotel . Great staff , big and comfortable room and a splendid breakfast buffet . The in-room dining wasn't too great though.

Superb hotel , very nice rooms, friendly staff , tasty food, great beach and service. The Traders club is a must.

Iftar of Ramadan 2015 was very good. Not as crowded as other Hotels . Not a wide variety of food, but the taste is good. Definitely, will try it next Ramadan inshaAllah

Best value-for-money hotel on this trip, beating Novotel, Mercure and Rotana. Extensive service (free) at the beach , the lounge , and the room. Recommended!

Everything was perfect. I was like at home!!! Clean , comfortable , relax, enjoyable, tasty meals, perfect view and what ever you want!!!

Hotel is nice. Room is quite big, room service is good. Unfortunately beach in a hotel is not great. You’ll hardly wanna swim there, so green and dirty . Breakfast is also not so great.

The friday BBQ on the beach isn't worth it. Food was tastless and small variety of BBQ meats/seafood/chicken.

Breakfast is less than average and I think I got a stomach bug from their food. Birds outside leave excrements everywhere.

Horrible service. You know when someone is too scared to make a mistake, he ends up messing up. That's how their staff are. Very inexperienced and obviously are not even allowed to think.
