Name says it all... get in early before it gets busy. Nice choice of wines & good variety of food options. They have something called "small cha" (all u can eat) on thurs afternoons from 3pm for $25.
Food is great here and they do amazing wine by the glass. Try the calamari or the Jamaican spicy jerk chicken . Yum!
