This is the best location ever!!! The employee's are nice and friendly !!

A little on the expensive side and their cheesesteaks aren't even close to how a Philly cheesesteak should taste like.. I grew up in North Philadelphia.

Try a little malt vinegar with those wonderful fries !

Haven't been to a penn station in years. Now I remember why! Overpriced, unflavorful sandwiches and soggy fries .

They messed up my order......took it nack and gave me the same dam sandwich I took back only fresher....WOW....where they do that at?

Always horrible service. Twice I've walked out. Never greet or acknowledged I was there and I was the only one. Too busy bath mouthing another employee. Then today realized they don't wear gloves!!!!!

Service was horrible. Be sure to slowly explain your order. Completely muffed up my girlfriends order and tried calling her a liar. Rude staff .
