Try the Captain Sorensen's hot sauce . I am a wimp when it comes to spicy food , but this stuff isn't crazy hot and the flavor is outstanding.

Order 'the Steve' - it's a medium brisket double meat no bread . It's a huge pile of delicious delicious meat and cheese . Add hot sauce .
