Don't expect a traditional bagel . They are soft, more like a chewy roll. Tasty, though.

Avoid on weekends. I'm a happy weekday customer but they've had issues with order correctness when it's that crowded .

50 cents per bagel for butter. It's the last time I go until they stop ripping people off.

You have to tell them to double toast your bagel , otherwise it's just barely warm and not at all crusty.
No gluten free products :-(
Always check your order before you leave. The food is yummy, but I've often had to walk back to get something they left off.
They run out of stuff quickly. Ask before you decide.
