Opens at 10:30am weekdays and 10am weekends. Tables fill up fast and cart service starts promptly. The congee was a must for a cold winter morning.

For dim sum , Ocean Harbor has the largest variety in Chinatown, but its service is not as good as Joy Tsin Lau, and its food is not as consistent and fresh as Ocean City .

Great place for dim sum . Don't sit next to the fishes if it's not too crowded . By the time the kart comes around to that table, most of the food is gone.

Amazing food but the service is shit. Rude servers that hardly listen to you when you ask for anything. I've never seen anyone leave a tip there to be honest, who would I even give it to?
