This is a bit on the smaller side but you can find everything you need most of times. If you don't need rare accessories or full scale Mac Pro (!) a nice size shop to cruise around for a bit

Though the Genius Bar is very helpful, be prepared for a long wait even if you make an appointment! Happens every time.

Need to grab an accessory in a hurry? If you have an iPhone 4, 4s, 5, or heck even the new iPads you can use he easy pay function in the free Apple Store app to charge it to your Apple ID!

The Genius Bar is the best! Andy is very knowledgable and patient! Oh and every one that works there is so nice.

It's a heck of a lot easier to do major purchases or service online, then go to the store to pick it up, or drop it off.

Very FAST help! Very friendly people! Just make sure you schedule an appointment ahead of time :-).

Check in with the concierge in the front of the store for help with anything. They are your directory. :)

Most stores would have staff approach you to see if you needed help. Not this place. Saw someone walk right in front of me without asking me a thing.

I think it's a bit ridiculous that they have 10-12 sales reps but only two people staffed to even help with your devise.
