Tasting menu is incredible. Fantastic and creative food with fresh and delicious ingredients. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is excellent.

Probably the best dinning experience I've had in NYC, first time trying New Zealand cuisine and loved it. The flavors are different and exotic , the 10 course tasting menu is phenomenal, A must have!!!

Morgan McKee

As a huge fan of NZ sauv blanc, love the wine program here. Did the a la cart here and enjoyed the gazpacho to start and halibut as a main. Cheese plate to end is pretty fantastic as well .

Cassidy

Wonderful new addition to the neighborhood - foie gras and the octopus were especially outstanding. Staff were very attentive and had excellent suggestions.

Ben Mackey

We had an amazing meal here. Bold, adventurous cocktails to start; oysters , New Zealand venison and cod were all superb. The menu changes daily here so we'll be back to try the tasting menu next time.

Risa

The chicken and egg is unctuous poultry heaven & the tofu gnocchi is a super-unique umami explosion. But my fave bite was the seasonal corn custard w raw corn , herbs, & truffle .

Kevin Stapp

Tasting menu with wine pairing was a real treat. Loved the smokey Manhattan cocktail . Exceptional service. This place is great for celebrating a special occasions

Helene Lund Engebø

Superb cocktails were a great start to the meal. Had the short story tasting menu with wine pairing , it was great! Especially enjoyed the appetiser with peas and lemon aioli and pork on shortbread

Beautiful restaurant . Best table is the one in the very back, seems more private and has a nice view to a beautiful back yard . The Stake and Cheese pie was delicious. Very interesting cocktail menue

Charlottes

We had no trouble getting last minute booking for 4 and the restaurant was pretty empty but we had a lovely time working our way through the menu. All excellent and great service to boot.

Lori Luo

Modern takes on New Zealand cuisine are executed to the tee at Musket Room. The 6 or 10-course tasting, which includes the signature tomato gazpacho and smoked scallops , is an excellent introduction.

Istria L.

Innovative and impeccable dishes in one of the bets decorated restaurants in Nolita. Quail is a must haves. Pig blood dessert was the true gem. Highly recommended, will come back anytime!

Amber Schiff

Delicious. Enjoyed the cod , the passion fruit desert is one of my top five deserts ever. Small portions. Very french style in that regard. Loved the pino blanc from New Zealand.

Get seated in the back room. There’s an airy vibe that overlooks a beautiful garden where they grow much of their greens & edible flowers. It feels like you’re in a rich person’s upstate escape house. Read more

The food was great - appetizers are small, but good. We tried the steak and cheese pie , cod and roasted chicken , all delicious. Service slightly less than friendly especially considering the prices.

Thomas Vander Stichele

The menu changes more often than we go, but I don't think we've ever eaten anything we didn't like. Everything is so well executed, even something I wouldn't go for is a safe bet on deliciousness.

Kaitlin

$75 six course tasting is a steal. You could be nice and full off of that but get the foie gras too because DUH.

Amber

Super tasty New Zealander food . Similar to Gramercy Tavern and Tuome as far as quality, price and niceness. Three of my fav nice, quiet dinner spots.

Mari

The steak and cheese pie is delicious. It's a deconstructed version that is basically just a delicious, tender filet with roasted vegetables and cheese foam (or something).

Michael Fox-Rabinovitz

Fantastic place for great dinner , presentation, tastes and ambiance all excellent. Pork belly , quail and foie Gras especially notable

AmateurConcierge

Deserving of its Michelin star . Cauliflower soup , mixed salad , quail , cod and steak & cheese pie all stellar. As was plum dessert .

John Michael

Get the tasting menu and speak to the somm about New Zealand wines . You won't regret it. Also: gin cocktail for two for one is the correct way to start a meal.

T S

An amazing and highly recommended "short story menu" in a nice and relaxed setting. It's pricey but it's worth it.

Sit at the bar and order the best Rob Roy in town . Order anything that looks good on the menu and get extra bread . Pay with Cover and leave happy.

Great selection of wines by the glass. Roasted chicken was my favorite food course

Ammad F

The 6 course tasting menu is one of the best in the city . The staff is out of this world delightful and informative.

Inna G

Food-tasting menu is delicious but VERY small portions and the spacing between each dish is very long (approx 30 minutes each). garden has heaters at every table and they take good covid precautions.

Nate Felton

Such a quaint spot. Best to come after 8 when the crowd picks up. A gem.

Caitlin Mann

Absolutely unbelievable meal - the Short Story was the perfect amount and variety of tastes. Absolutely delicious.

SELENA

Yeah New Zealand not Australia. Bloody Aussies always trying to claim our exports. Marvelous, marvelous food and service, laid back gastronomy - will be back.

Alexandre Franzolim

Best people, best treatment and attention, best food.

The food is delicious, and the presentation/plating is stunning -- white-tablecloth quality with a much cozier, charming vibe.

Lee Simpson

The tasting menu is amazing! Especially if you're vegetarian .

amazing meal from start to finish. Alison was also a dope server; sweet, knowledgable and funny. will definitely return!

Food was great and the waitstaff were very nice but the wait times were intolerable. 2 hours for apps and a main. Pretty disappointing.

Solmaz

The deer... The mackerel ...The chocolate ...one of my favorite restaurants in Manhattan

Joseph Fisher

Good food and very beautiful presentation--but the food is extremely decadent and rich, so much so that I walked out of there feeling disgusting.

Emily Charlton

A really special restaurant . Everything we had was delicious and unique!
