Best 1000-yr old egg w/ pork congee , Spicy fried fish ball , Chinese broccoli & Yau Choy w/ Oyster sauce in NYC! Also, decent tasting XLB & Pork in (not so) hot Spicy sauce lo mein . Will be be back!
I'm usually not a big congee fan but I have to say that the Sha Tim Chicken Congee here is on point! Add a little black vinegar to it for extra flavor. The shrimp wontons are delicious as well .
A legend and old reliable. Hot pot rice is the star- love with Chinese sausage - look at the crispy rice !! Can’t go wrong with anything, authentic food, helpful staff , a home within home in Chinatown.
Almost everything on the menu is delicious. Soup dumplings are done better at lunch than late nights . Wonton/Cantonese dumplings w noodle (al dente ) soup is great! Rice casserole are very good.
Had the hot pot with pork & salty fish . Was pretty good. Cheap , service however was very pushy. My girlfriend had the dumplings and rly liked them but she’s also obsessed with dumplings sooo
This Cantonese restaurant specializes in congee and noodle but I come for their xiaolongbaos . The skin of their XLBs are thinner than Shanghainese places’ in Chinatown, which I prefer!
Super flavourful (no MSG). Perfect order for 2 hungry people: Beef fried rice , Shanghai soup dumplings , Chinese broccoli , small noodle soup .
Enjoyed the Tofu Lo Mein with curry sauce (even though on the oily side) and the Sha Tin congee (larger bowl than others)
Soup dumplings , scallion pancakes , and the boneless chicken congee were delicious. Short wait for a Saturday too.
Wonton/Cantonese dumplings w noodle soup , soup dumpling w crab roe , salty fish w minced ground pork over rice casserole was a perfect feel good - homey lunch . Nothing fancy . Food coma
Very good dumplings . The dumpling soup was very bland tho, but once I added some sauces etc it was great (maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be done?) Good value for money .m but Service was cold
Wonton noodle soup , xhinese broccoli with oyster sauce , pork and chive dumplings are a must. Soup dumplings are good but better at Joes
Best Wonton Noodle Soup in the city . Don't be a gwai lo and order xiaolongbao ("soup dumplings "). Not the place for it.
Shanghai soup dumplings are tasty and hush worthy. Wonton soup has plump shrimp in a subtle ocean tasting broth. But whatever, explore. I haven't had a bad meal here.
Wonton shrimp noodle soup ???? , deli !
Love this place. Shanghai soup dumplings are amazing. Wonton soup and congee also great.
I go out of my way to come here to pick up yummy wonton noodle soup and beef chow fun . Then I schlep everything to the upper east side! That's how good they are.
The Sha Tin Chicken Congee , of which the chef only makes 10 bowls daily, is the best congee I have had this side of the Pacific. Dopple in some red wine vinegar and you're all set.
Must try the soup dumplings here! Their chef is from Shanghai!
The best bowl of wonton soup you'll find in Manhattan.

The hot pot rice is delicious. My favorite is the chicken because the chicken is extremely smooth.
The “hot pot rice ” arrives steaming, sizzling & topped with your choice of meats. Try pork with salted fish . Drizzle plenty of extra-thick soy sauce over the pot & add a splash of roasted chili oil . Read more
Had shanghai dumplings , pork fried rice , fried dumplings . Loved the first two!!
Definitely recommend the wonton noodle soup . Would not get the no-soup noodles as it left a weird aftertaste after each bite. The soup dumplings here are good too.
Order like a local: ginger scallion noodles (geung chung lo meen), braised beef (ngao lam), wontons , seafood congee (tang zai jook)
One of our favorite spots for wonton noodle soup , with a wide range of noodles and dumplings .
Clay pot rice with crispy rice with meat and sauce toppings. The pork spare ribs with black bean sauce is a standout
Try shrimp wonton noodle soup , available in two sizes (regular or large). $25 minimum for credit card. American Express is accepted.
Congee is not as flavorful as Congee Village 's but they have fried mantou here which is delicious and hard to find in the city !
Beef tendon and wonton noodle soup . Why decide when you can have both in one?! And HK milk tea of course! Hot or cold, go nuts .
Really good crab soup dumplings , there's something special about the dough .
Best soup dumplings in New York. Hands down. Authentic Wontons and egg noodles . No MSG is a huge plus.
Get the Devilish noodles ! Seafood broth with ramen noodles . So good. Also has great siu long bao and lolipop chicken wings .
Soup dumplings
Crab xiaolongbao and the shrimp wonton noodle soup are some highlights here.
Love the black egg and cilantro dumplings - sometimes get them in soup , sometimes with lo mein on a plate-great either way!
Hot pot rice with spare ribs was good. Congee and liu tiao were pretty good too.
Try the crispy fish skin with your soup--like cracklings of the sea, they're addictive.
The hot pot rice and xiao long bao are amazing
The lo mein is really something special and the congee is solid. Make sure to use the chili garlic sauce in excess.
Shrimp Wonton Egg Noodle Soup is the way to go. Noodles always al dente , consistently good and simple.
Their beef brisket noodle soup (with lai fun) is BANGIN'!!!!! Their wontons , potstickers , and xiaolongbao are always good!
You gotta get the Lahp May Bo Jai fahn - aka Pork sausage stone pot rice ! Definitely get the soup dumplings as well #happytimes
Great breakfast options , chicken congee is delicious!
Try: Dumpling soup , thing is the soup is INSIDE the dim sum , and not the other way around. Exotic and creative. Very sweet staff !!
Classic HK food - no frills, cheap , and fast.
Amazing Traditional Food ! The Soup Dumplings and the Congee are AMAZING!!!
Love the soups . For rainy days wonton and noodle soup warms from the inside out
