One of the best meals in town . A menu so consistently good it’s hard not to order, be completely delighted, yet still pine as other delicious things pass by. The fried chicken or ribs are a can’t miss
Ramen is good, korean styled . The pork buns were tasty, had a diff taste than typical pork buns . Didn't love all the lettuce in the ramen . Friendly staff , kinda pricey vs.other japanese ramen spots
Food was fantastic, very innovative, great combination of taste, texture, art . Nicely designed space with a professional staffs . Either you are resident or visitor, you must visit 'Jeju Noodle Bar'.
I loved the chicken wings and tomato tuna apps. I got the family ramyum which was delicate and tasty and my bf got the gochu which was spicier, I liked both!
Really enjoyed this place, to start with the attendance, everybody is so friendly ... the food was fantastic. Order Ssam Buns as appetizer and then So-Ramyun.
Not just another angle on ramen - this is RAMYUN! The So Ramyun is amazing. Broth is rich and flavorful and the brisket and wagyu is so tender.
Vegetable ramen wins! Also the toro . Actually, everything! Get the Makku rice wine to pair
Get the prime rib eye , chicken wings , and toro before the ramyun. Really delicious food and great service. Really earned that Michelin star
The fish coop was light and delicious! The pork belly was tender and not too fatty.
Get the gochu ramyun and add a soy marinated egg ! You can skip the ssam buns
The toro appetizer ($100) was very good. Family ramyun good but not outstanding. Truffle bibim myun too rich, creamy and overwhelming.
That was outstanding- delicious So ramyun, the brisket was tender, the broth rich and tasty.
Wagyu noodle isn't worth the price point. Delicious yes but not 40 dollar delicious.
Good ramyun for a great price. Beautifully done decor and vibe. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon meal.
Loved the toro ssam bap & so-ramen! But can’t really go wrong with any of the appetizers !
The Toro Ssam Bap is the bestseller; it’s a party in your mouth!
Intense flavors. They’re known for their caviar uni appetizer , but best dish was the mushroom ramen
Have you ever been at Katz eating the brisket and thinking “I wish I could have this as a soup ?” You’re in luck. So Ramyun is for you.
Had the fish coop . It's a good light bowl of soup . Not filling if you're hungry though. The space is nice too. The edamame is worth trying. Chicken wings are meh.
Great noodle . Appetizers fancier than expected. They don’t usually do takeout though so better not order takeout there.
A little pricey for the West Village but delicious Korean style ramen just the same. Order the slightly spicy pork (KoChuJang Bokum)

NYT ** (2017): "Pyunche salad ; cucumber kimchi ; ssam buns ; hwe dup bap; soon du bu; gochu ramyun ; Fish Coop ; so ramyun."
Korean style ramen . Wings are decent but overhyped. The wagyu ramen is super rich but pretty delicious with really high quality meat
Share some black edamame to start. Then get the flavorful and filling gochu ramen .
Toro app, app that starts with a G, the squid . Just all the apps. Blown away. Mains are great too, but more traditional
Everything was simply divine.
Gochu ramen was a solid ramen ! Soy marinated soft boiled egg was mediocre. Get the poached instead if you’re adding an egg .
Gochu ramen with a poached egg is the way to go. Great wings as well .
Creamy Korean broth. Exotic combinations. Pricey and totally worth it. Clean , modern design inside.
The ribs appetizer are yum but the noodles were just okay. Not worth the price. Tried the original and the wagyu ramyum. Service like any other restaurant . Good but not worth the Michelin star
Get the toro appetizer and So Ramyun - so much flavor 🍜
Fried chicken with caviar ? Yes please!
Rich and creamy without nauseating. Very refreshing appetizer . Definitely recommend!
Buns , rice / meat appetizer , and veal ramyun were really good.
The So Ramyun broth is so good!
Hyped up ramen joint with overrated food and enthusiastic service with a smile.
It's mainly a WALK-IN restaurant . They only take a limited # of reservations !
Korean rambunctious and everything on the pre-fixe.
Gochu ramyun , coop fish , and edamame
Friendly , wonderful space
Edamame is 🔥
So ramyun so good
Everything here is incredible
Michelin star restaurant but not worth the 1 1/2 hour wait!
Chicken wings , squid , gochu ramen
