For all you complainers about the cleanliness and organization . We have 3 crews of people running around trying to fix the mess inconsiderate people make. Don't blame the employees. Its the consumer.

Despite being post-Christmas, the store was today and well-organised, and had a good selection of products - can't fault!

this is a huge macy's; likely to have what you need in stock. if not, an associate can order it online for you. not all of the staff is great :/ just go to another if they don't know what's going on.

They have a great handbag department!

The restaurant here is awesome. Try the oriental chicken salad . Yum!

My favorite MAC counter. The staff is knowledgeable and patient.

The fro-yo upstairs is great and really cheep.

So far upon only being here for 30 min and trying desperate to get someone's attention ....the service has truly gone downhill ...

Macy's always has the best prices on all kinds of styles for guys.

My 6 yr old cleans & organizes better than this place!!

This store is a disaster!!! Every time I come here I am so depressed that no one cares for the organization and cleanliness of the clothes . Avoid at a cost

This place is always a mess! Don't waste your time digging through stuff, shop elsewhere.
