Lots of folks use the free Wi-Fi at the Apple Store for their Macs and iDevices (Pod, Phone, Pad). Staff is very helpful and informative, and will help with what you are looking for.

Every time I go, I always get my problem addressed and get treated great by the staff despite the fact they are always so swamped!

Great place for your Mac computers and iDevices (iPod, iPhone , iPad). Get here early or make an appointment at the Genius Bar for service or repairs

Dropped off MacBook Pro for a defective screen. Agent said 5-7 business days to repair. Apple sent it to Cali. on Wednesday, fixed it, & overnighted it back with Saturday delivery . Total of 3 days!

Make an appointment! You can do this from your iPhone . Show up a little early. Be honest about accidental damages. Don't act entitled.

Staff is always super helpful and friendly .

inefficient and mismanaged. NYC store is 100x busier but friendlier and faster. no chargers for customers while you wait over 40 minutes and your iPhone dies... not good for the Apple image ????

The new store is too big that the employees have no idea what's going on! They aren't very helpful & they just walk around looking @ their iPads & iPod touches.

My daughter really enjoyed it. Got her creativity flowing!

Always busy. Appointments are never in time.

It is always going to be busy in there, but you will get help. Just be patient.

Appointment times are for Apple's benefit, and not yours. Be prepared to wait, even at off hours. 30 minutes, and counting...

So bad experience, for a question you need to check in and the waiting time is 3 hours or more... Just for a question!!!
