Great variety and flavor! Cant go wrong if you order anything with a smiley face next to it. Service is top notch.
Get the Goi Vit salad appetizer !! It's incredible! Also don't sleep in the various fried noodles in the 70's. Like a crispy pancake in sauce w/ vegetables and meat/tofu. Delicious!!
Don't miss: Banh cuon nhan thit nuong (soft rice rolls with chargrilled pork , fried shallot and herb salad ); duck salad ; duck soup ; Phoenix chicken rice plate with fried egg . Read more
Esquire: You don't visit HOU w/o eating Vietnamese food ... always a wait but tables turn fast... satisfying and delicious meal w/gingery, herbaceous duck salad known as Goi Vit
Incredible staff . Super kind and helpful. Bun lac lac sans rice + broccoli & herbs made spice = $$$

The duck salad is awesome. Get it!
Huynh has some lovely che. The suong sa hot luu is wonderfully lilting, with red pomegranate seed-shaped tapioca beads swirled in crushed ice , fresh coconut milk and unctuous bean paste .
Some of my faves dishes here are: the Mi Quang, Duck Salad , Duck Noodle Soup , Bun Bo Hue and Com Bo Luc Lac . BYOB . Very busy at lunch for the downtown crowd.
Appetizers start at $2.95, BYOB , and most entree's are under $10. The pork is flavorful, and the noodle bowls are hearty. Try eating "family style " with large portions to share. Read more

We came for the pho , and it is pretty good. Good enough that we come back often. Great atmosphere. Take a few minutes to check out the art/decor store next door.
During my long mayorship I provided my citizens with delicious Vietnamese food and a family feel, yet, I was ousted by someone who doesn't live in Houston! Fraud!! A resident must hold office :)
Blood cake soup is delicious. Yellow rice noodle dish also fantastic. Both have smiley faces on menu - easy to find.
Try the hu tiu xao do bien, or wide rice noodles that have been smoked and pan-fried before being topped with a medley of seafood and vegetables .
This place has a unique noodle dish in which a clump of wide rice noodles are stuck together into a noodle conglomerate, which is then lightly fried and drenched in sauce, smothered in veggies etc!
Goi vit (duck salad ) is incredible. Phoenix chicken is also amazing, perfect texture.
Hands down the best Vietnamese food in town ! The F1 and duck salad are highlights!
Phó was amazing. Nice atmosphere. Wallet friendly . 20 min walking distance from downtown.

Get the tea . It comes with all natural sugar. And free refils to boot!
Their coffee comes from their family in vietnam and they also sell it by the pound to make at home! Try the #80 (get it crispy/spicy) or try the curry tofu
Chicken vermicelli , Vietnamese rolls .
Soda chanh or lemonade with soda is great; they also have homemade soy milk . Their phos are one of the best.
Duck salad is addictively good. Mi quang with egg noodles is the bomb.
The Phoenix chicken is my go to. Love it
Get the shrimp and flat noodles , spicy style. Nom.
#57 is my fav! Sometimes i get tofu instead of beef and it's just as yummy!

Try the Wonton Soup with Red BBQ Pork
#80 crispy and spicy is the best!!! Cindy and her fam are awesome and really go out of their way to give you a great meal.
The Pho is amazing!
The G7 vermicelli with grilled pork and fried spring roll is a good and relatively healthy meal for just $9. The banh / Vietnamese sandwiches are pricey by comparison at $6. - Allen Arcade
Great food, huge selection on the menu. One of the go to restaurants in Htown. - Phillip Stecker
This is a wonderful venue. Plenty of space inside and the staff is great. I just wish the parking situation was a bit better. - Social News Network
