Get Flank Brisket in your Pho . 105 is a great choice. Tripe is stomach lining and tastes like sautéed bicycle tires . Tendon is connective tissue between bone and muscle , it melts in your mouth. (good)

The hallmark of a good pho is its soup . Their soup is not a soup at all. Their noodles were all stuck together. Avoid #108.
