Amazing tasting menu and of course, very attentive service . A word of caution: skip whatever meal is before the one you’re having at Pujol to avoid food quintuplets.
The cauliflower is a must-order dish, and I would highly recommend the octopus , too. Call for the excellent carajillo, made with Alma Mezcalera's chocolate & cinnamon distilled mezcal , for dessert .
Book in advance. Taco tasting menu is at the bar and also includes a mole course and ant mayo baby corn . Delicious! Ask if you can have dessert out on the terrace on a nice day
The place is lovely, the garden is even more pleasant. Got the lunch testing menu and it was a good experience. Tuna tostada , the smoked carrots and the ceviche (photo) were great. It’s worth it.
Simply the best possible experience ever in a restaurant . Sit down and enjoy the show. The restaurant feels like you’re a guest in someone’s home and the food is beyond anything that you can imagine.
Everything we had was delightful: delicious and incredible presentation. Standouts: ceviche , street snacks , tamales , the marg de Xoconostle (pink in the picture).
This was the best experience I’ve ever had. The service was beyond any notion of hospitality I had prior. I’ve never had food of this caliber and I’m not sure food will ever taste this good before.
Second time eating here and even better than the first. Best octopus I've ever eaten. Churros at the end were a wonderful surprise.
It’s not as mind blowing as everyone says it is, but it’s what you would expect from a high-end set menu place. Beautiful decor and excellent service. The price is in-line with what you would expect.
This is the restaurant to go to in CDMX. Book your reservation first, then your flight and hotel . Had the tasting menu and can’t wait to go back and try the taco bar .
The entire tasting takes about 3 hours - 3 hours of food heaven. Pair it with a tequila based cocktail and then just ????????????
Unbelievable experience. OMAKASE bar for the win!!! Fantastic service, impeccable food. Worth the wait and price!
A glimpse at Mexico’s culinary past and future. Beautiful interiors . Order the charred eggplant tamal with chard, dried-beef tartare , and papadzul. Also, the “taco omakase ” menu served at the bar .
Outstanding! Worthy of a trip fron another country . Leans heavily on the Oaxacan cooking traditions. Mole course and mezcal selection are standouts.
One of the best meals of my life. Choose the soft shell crab , and when you get the mole ask the waiter to pair a mezcal with it.
Yes, the place from that Chef's Table episode. Get a reservation well in advance. Expect to pay ~$120 USD, but it's a steal compared to comparable dining experiences. Get the mezcal negroni .
The ambiance of the restaurant was exceptional! The tasting menu is fantastic, best mole I have had! Plan adequate time for this experience.
Need a reservation . Meals are long so Lunch is a great choice. Have dessert and tea in the garden afterwards. Come hungry - the 10 course meal is filling and delicious.
Definitely one of the best restaurants in Mexico City , because it preserves the most traditional and delicate flavors of Mexican food . The tasting menu is excellent to enjoy traditional dishes .
You have to book months in advance since this restaurant is always in the top 10 worldwide. It is quite fancy but completely worth it. The food and atmosphere are amazing.
Delicious food and beverages. Amazing service. Beautiful ambience. Wow, that churro is the best I’ve ever had.
Delicious! Ask if you can have dessert by the bon fire outside. The ginger margarita was great. I chose the Mar menu , but my friends also loved the Maiz choice!
Tasting menu option only with solid food but for a top 50 world restaurant , I expected a little bit more! Not enough Mexican influence in the dishes for me. Ambience is lovely though!
My husband and I followed our waiter’s advice and chose different options so we could try everything. If sharing is awkward, we thought corn beat seafood hands down.
Mole Madre is so great. The sea bass and lamb are also incredible. You can't go wrong here. So, so good and so much attention to detail.
The mole dish is one of the most satisfying plates I had in my life. This restaurant is a gastronomical monument .
But chef Enrique Olvera, unfazed, shut down the restaurant , and is back to being a top contender with fundamentally Mexican dishes like suckling lamb tacos and his famous aged and new mole . Read more
A gorgeous room. And the food is as good as they say. We went taco omakase which many prefer.
One of the best dining experiences of my life. Impeccable service, stunning food, just wonderful
Taco tasting totally worths it! Strongly recommend. (It includes about 4 drinks. Be prepared)
one of the most affordable world-class meals you’ll find
I go every time I’m in el DF. Incredible meal, service, space and vibe.
Taco omakase experience was worth it. The mole madre is incredible.
Aged mole and Kampachi seviche were excellent.
Everything was great. I’m happy to have tried the famous mole dish. Outstanding cocktails as well !
Go with a friend, split the Maiz and Mar tasting menu . Ginger tequila cocktail is a must.
One of the best meals of my life
Modern Mexican fare! Definitely worth a visit!
Great ambiance. Great place to celebrate my birthday. Definitely filled with a lot of foreigners, so don’t expect an “authentic” meal, but the food was incredible and the staff was very friendly .
I enjoyed the Mar menu more than the Maiz menu.
Everything is good, excellent. Service, food ambiance, everything
One of the best restaurants in Mexico City . Beautiful place and great service.
No review will do this justice. Truly one of the greatest restaurants in the world.
Amazing food. Amazing service. Fabulous all round. You must go!
Gorgeous space for the tasting menu or taco omakase
Yes, worth the hype. Go if you can get a reservation .
A new vision for mexican food . Delicious!
Seafood > corn tasting menu
Reservations are not honored. Even if you book 4 months in advance and guarantee with a credit card.
Mole , mole , mole - have the taco omakase (reservations required).
our most favorite meal in CDMX (we liked some dishes even more than Pujol, which was great in its own way). standouts: avocado seed ice cream. cactus sorbet with salt. the salbut. - naveen
Get recommendations from the waiter, and definitely get four courses. Best meal in Mexico City! - Samantha Bryden
Alternative and delicious. Friendly staff. Avocado with wasabi in guacamole is a must. - Juan Carlos Cedeno
The drinks are good and very original. The attention is very careful and in general the atmosphere is relaxed. Some cocktails have even won international awards. A very good option to try new drinks. - Kandu Tapia
Beautiful and gigantic park. You can spend the whole day here and have more things to do the next day. - Roberto Bruder Aguiar
Amazing speakeasy. Ask for the mezcal cocktails. Go when they have live music. - Christian Van Der Henst S.
