Shrimp Shack

Probably Oahu's best kept secret. This place was delish - try everything! And the owner was beyond friendly . One of our favourite Hawaiian memories.

Excellent stop to make when driving along the north shore. The fruit and kona coffee floats are delicious. We had the spicy garlic shrimp , coconut shrimp , and crab cakes - all fresh and excellent.

for those who can appreciate true shrimp taste (think of young fresh lobster with warm butter-yum), garlic was perfectly sweet

Skip the fruit floats and get the paradise ice tea or a soda from the attached red store. Don't be fooled by all the others you will pass head for the bright yellow truck .

Amazing food. Nothing short of a hole in the wall but delicious. Highly recommend.

Spicy Garlic Shrimp

The crab cakes are good and the people are extremely nice. They do accept credit cards, but cards have to be run in the convenience store .

Skip the mahi mahi and get more shrimp . If you get spicy , the low and medium aren't spicy at all so go hot.

Don't be fooled. Go about 5 miles down the road to Romey's Shrimp Shack. They are the best on the island .
