Great store, except you can buy every single book they have on their website for 20%-60% less, new, with one or two day shipping. However, I like their home section, they have nice warm blankets =)
Lovely store, well laid-out, live music right now - pianist , many authors have book signings here, so much more than books with board games , stationary, etc...
New iRewards card gives same benefits as before and 5% off all purchases (so magazines , music , toys , journals, gifts ect..) I love getting 5% off of Us weekly and thank you cards!
The atmosphere is one of the best for moseying around, looking at books and Indigo accessories .

there always seem to be a bunch of events at this location, from authors speaking about their books to random peeps playing the piano on the upper level.
Beware of the dogs peeing on the carpet. Owner just walked away.

The service here is often bad: curt, unhelpful answers, not enough people on the checkout. Shopping online is far more satisfying.
Cafe is full as always

Buying book
The piano . Period.
They always have a selection of indie films. I would say, go here if you’re more of a movie buff. The theatres are smaller and cozier than most. Which fits with their film selections. - Cara Lau
A great LCBO! Fast, friendly service, awesome selection of beer. - Chris Torres
Such a cute little bookstore — great pins and stationery too. - Megan Paolone
Great walkway stores for casual perusal purposes, and plenty undergrnd eateries to choose from in food courts. Also, undergrnd prking below--FYI--raised prices now to $19 max (prtty steep but helpful) - Michelle SW
Great cafe and excellent shopping, even if you're just perusing! - ShoeTease
